A Chartered Occupational Psychologist by training, Paul is an experienced Organization Development, change and management development consultant, with a strong business focus. His span of work for the 17 years he spent at Xerox, covered several company branches, affiliates, sister companies as well as headquarters. He has worked closely with all company levels: senior to middle managers, sales representatives and even blue collar. He developed and delivered training programs in several countries in the Middle East and Africa, as well as Asia, Europe and the USA.
