Our Executive Coaching

In a time where being strategic has never been any more important, organizations are required to create a process and culture that demands leaders to “think”. Executive Coaching can assist you in ensuring that the training received is continuously being used effectively and is generating the desired outcome. In order to be able to practice strategic thinking and idea generation - both core managerial competences within a business - organizations need to actively manage the process of leadership collaboration through “Team Building”, “Goal Setting”, “Decision Making”, “Communication”, and “Coaching”.

Our coaching services:

ü  Facilitate the exploration of needs, motivation, desires, skills, and thought process to assist the individual in making real lasting change

ü  Use questioning techniques to facilitate client’s own thought processes in order to identify solutions and actions, rather than take a wholly directive approach

ü  Support the client in setting appropriate goals and methods of assessing progress in relation to these goals

ü  Observe, listen, and ask questions to understand the client's situation

ü  Creatively apply tools and techniques which may include one to one training, counseling, and networking

ü  Encourage a commitment to action and the development of lasting personal growth & change

ü  Maintain unconditional positive regard for the client, which means that the coach is all the time supportive and non-judgmental of the client’s lifestyle or aspirations

ü  Ensure that clients develop personal competencies and do not develop unhealthy dependencies on the coaching or mentoring relationship

ü  Evaluate the outcomes of the process, using objective measures wherever possible to  ensure the relationship is successful and the client is achieving their personal goals

ü  Encourage clients to continually improve competencies, and to develop new alliances where necessary to achieve their goals

ü  Work within their area of personal competence
